The Downing Corporation is one of the few modular manufacturers that will design, manufacture and install their buildings as well as act as the general contractor for the entire project.Do we have options for our building floor plan or do we have to choose from standard floor plans? We have an option for a standard floor plan for a classroom layout but every building can be built with an option for a customer's specific specifications.There has been a lot of concern over air quality and mold growth in schools. Are your modular schools safe from this? We are very attentive to these issues. We have engineered our heating and ventilation systems to meet or exceed the specifications required by code. Our structures are built to provide adequate air flow wherever mold could form.
